Request for Leave of Absence

This appointment type is intended for students who are experiencing difficulties that require them to postpone school for up to 6 months. A Leave of Absence may only be approved by the Director. The Director will work with you to understand your situation and to put in place a workable academic plan for you moving forward. Tuition payments MUST be current for a Leave of Absence to be approved. Future payments may be postponed during the Leave of Absence. Once scheduled, a Leave of Absence may not be extended, even if it originally was less than 6 months.
