This appointment is designed to assist students with any issues or questions related to their tuition payments and billing. During the session, a payments and billing specialist will review the student’s account, provide clarity on charges, and explain payment options and deadlines. The specialist can also assist with processing payments, requesting a payment plan modification,and resolving any discrepancies or concerns. The goal is to ensure students have a clear understanding of their financial obligations and options, promoting a smooth and stress-free education experience.
